I know that sometimes it feels like a darkness surrounds us

I know that there are days when it's hard even to get up

I know there is noise all around and maybe an eerie silence within

But in this silence let's take out a minute

Let's play with the clouds

Sing together as we fly across the sky

Let's take a minute

And quiet the noise down
